Procon web application issue after certificate renewal

After certificate renewal, Procon web application fails to run properly and below were the steps to resolve:
  1. "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys" - The files with lock symbol - Grant everyone (local) - full permission
  2. In certificated snap-in copy the latest certificate from Personal to Trusted Root Certification authorities folder
  3. In IIS - verify the site binding is correct with the latest certificate
  4. Recycle application pool - "ProconAppPool"
